Re:Constellation Electricity Plan Renewal Hose Job (HollyDolly)

Where I live, we have GVEC,Guadalupe Electrical Co-Op. I'm sure they may get some of their electricity from the Colorado River Authority. Whole thing sounds like a big mess.
